At ShellKart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the terms below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and undamaged.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
